The Dumpster Screening and Permitting Update and Action Plan being rolled out in 2024 into the fall of 2025 is outlined by the City of Reading’s Clean City Coordinator Ryan Bradley, Recycling/Solid Waste Manager Steve Harrity, Education Coordinator Jermell Mitchell, Clean City Foreman Ronald Epps, and Clean City Secretary Madeline Collins.
