From Governor Mifflin to Alvernia University: A Student’s Perspective | Kids Making a Difference

Retired science teacher Dave Renninger sits down with Lucas Sprow, a current Business Administration and Management student at Alvernia University, to discuss his academic journey.

They begin by reflecting on Sprow’s time in the Governor Mifflin School District, highlighting the experiences that shaped him as he transitioned into college. Sprow then compares his experiences with in-person and online learning across both high school and college, sharing his personal preferences for each.

The conversation concludes with a fascinating anecdote about a unique experience where Sprow dipped into the world of stunt work and stunt driving. He shares the details of that unique encounter, offering a firsthand look at what it was like to step behind the wheel and get a taste of professional stunt training.
