The 23rd annual Safe Berks Silent Witness March and Dedication will take place Monday, October 14th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Safe Berks Director of Development, Training Specialist Laura Preston, Safe Berks Advocate Ron Rutkowski, RACC Dean of Students Maria Mitchell, and host Dacey Horohoe discuss the upcoming event.
