Berks County Parks & Recreation will present an annual favorite, Holiday Lights at Gring’s Mill, starting this Friday, December 2!
Visitors can stroll the grounds to view a glistening light display that highlights the historic buildings and landscaping at Gring’s Mill. Holiday Lights at Gring’s Mill will be open Fridays through Sundays, December 2 to December 18, and from Monday, December 19, to Friday, December 23. Opening hours will be from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Parking and admission are FREE.
After enjoying the walk-through light display, visitors can enjoy food and beverages from local food trucks, warm up next to the fire pit and listen to live music in the outdoor pavilion each night (music from 5:45 to 7:45 pm). Don’t miss a chance to get an up-close look at our model train display in the former generator station on the bridge.

NEW THIS YEAR is Santa’s Christmas Tree Lane, a magical transformation of the barn that will feature beautifully decorated trees by various local organizations. Santa will make appearances throughout the month in his Christmas Tree Lane.
Other special events include a Kid’s Craft Workshop on December 10, a sensory-friendly night on December 14, and the Winter Solstice Celebration on December 21, featuring our very own King Winter and a luminary lighting.
