From Pennsylvania State Police – Reading
In conjunction with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the Pennsylvania State Police will be strongly enforcing any violation of the Commonwealth’s seat belt and child passenger restraint laws.
Vehicle crashes are one of the leading causes of death, with most of those fatalities being attributed to unbelted motorists.
This Click It or Ticket campaign is scheduled from Monday, May 11, through Sunday, May 31. The venue will be Mary’s Shelter, located at 615 Kenhorst Blvd., Reading, PA.
The Pennsylvania State Police will offer free car seat checks on the following dates and times:
- Monday, May 11, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 13, from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday, May 14, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday, May 15, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday, May 16, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Monday, May 18, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 19, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday, May 21, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday, May 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 26, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 27, from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- Thursday, May 28, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Friday, May 29, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
