Connections Work changes lives and improves communities by providing services and supports to individuals seeking pathways to success. Pamela Hernandez serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative and People Officer at Tower Health, where she oversees Human Resources, Patient Experience, Marketing and Communications, Community Engagement, Language Services, and Patient Advocacy. She has built her career leading complex organizations through periods of transformation while maintaining a strong focus on people-centered leadership. Known for her ability to build trust, align teams, and translate strategy into meaningful outcomes, Pamela is a respected leader within both the healthcare field and the broader community. As the daughter of a formerly incarcerated parent, she brings a deeply personal perspective to efforts focused on breaking cycles of poverty, expanding opportunity, and supporting second chances. Her leadership and commitment to mission-driven work make her a valuable addition to the Connections Work Board.
Sir Hamilton Newton is a nationally recognized media personality, voiceover actor, event host, and DJ professional.
