The IM ABLE Foundation is pleased to announce its Fiscal Year 2027 Board of Directors, including its executive leadership team and appointed board members. The Board brings together accomplished professionals from across the business, financial, and nonprofit sectors who will help guide the organization’s continued impact. Working in partnership with the Foundation’s leadership team, the Executive Board provides governance, strategic oversight, and fiduciary responsibility to support sustainable growth, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and advance IM ABLE’s mission.

Leading the Board of Directors as Board President is Lori A. Rosenthal, a seasoned organizational leadership and people strategy executive with extensive experience helping mission-driven organizations strengthen leadership, culture, and operational effectiveness.

Rosenthal currently serves on the IM ABLE Foundation Board of Directors and its HR & Governance Committee, partnering with organizational leadership to build the people, processes, and strategic framework needed to support the Foundation’s continued growth and impact. Throughout her career, she has held executive leadership roles, including Vice President of People & Culture at Andium Inc. and Founder of Rosenthal & Associates, where she advised growth-stage organizations on leadership development, organizational design, and business performance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Lehigh University, and a Master of Arts from Teachers College, Columbia University.

“IM ABLE’s impact extends far beyond adaptive sports and fitness programs,” said Rosenthal. “At its heart, this organization is about helping people recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and envision possibilities they may not have imagined for themselves. I am honored to serve as Board President and look forward to working alongside Alex, our Board, staff, volunteers, donors, and participants as one team dedicated to expanding opportunities and empowering individuals to live life to the fullest.”

Joining Rosenthal on the Executive Committee is newly appointed Vice President Chris Fiorentino, Associate Collision Manager with Tesla Collision in King of Prussia. Fiorentino brings extensive experience in mechanical maintenance, diagnostics, team leadership, and as a dedicated volunteer and advocate for adaptive sports. He has been actively involved with the IM ABLE Foundation since March 2023, assisting with the IM FIT program, supporting events and programming, and helping maintain the Foundation’s fleet of adaptive cycles and equipment. Corey Robinson, CVA, continues in his role as Treasurer.

The FY27 Board of Directors includes Michael A. Doutrich of Tompkins Community Bank, Mark O’Donnell Sr., Professional EOS Implementer, and Phillip S. Wholaver of Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC, all continuing their service, along with new board member Kathleen Rohrbaugh of Grimm & Grove Communications. Together, they bring expertise in banking, organizational leadership, marketing and operations, and advisory services to support the mission and continued growth of the IM ABLE Foundation.

“IM ABLE was founded on the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to discover what is possible through physical activity and adaptive sports,” said Alex A. Pilkington, CEO of IM ABLE Foundation. “As we look forward to the future, our Board of Directors, led by Lori, will play a critical role in strengthening our organization, expanding our reach, and ensuring that our mission continues to impact the lives of individuals with disabilities for years to come.”

The IM ABLE Foundation provides adaptive sports opportunities, fitness programs, personal training, and adaptive equipment grants for individuals living with physical, cognitive, and behavioral challenges. Through inclusive programming and community partnerships, the organization helps people rediscover what is possible and lead active, healthy lives.
