Skip the buzzwords and join the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance on Friday, Oct. 2, from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., at Redner’s Event Center for a morning of real conversations with Berks County business leaders who are putting artificial intelligence (AI) to work every day. From streamlining operations and improving customer experiences to saving time and uncovering new opportunities, our panelists will share the wins, the challenges, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
Hosted by Jay Sidhu, CEO, Customers Bank, “AI that Delivers: Insights from Berks Business Leaders” goes beyond the basics to explore practical, proven applications of AI in today’s workplace.
Hear from two engaging panel discussions featuring local business leaders, connect with fellow professionals over breakfast, and meet Berks County AI experts during a mini expo where you can discover local resources, ask questions, and continue the conversation.
During the first panel entitled “Leading into the Future — The Executive Perspective,” attendees will hear from senior-level leaders about how they are thinking strategically about AI and what it means for the future of their organizations. Panelists include Sidhu, Tremaine Hartranft, VP of Technology Growth & Strategy, Reading Bakery Systems; Joe Hnatishion, CFO, Berkshire Systems Group Inc.; Dr. Charles Barbera, President & CEO, Reading Hospital; and a senior representative from Penske. These panelists will answer questions such as “How is AI shaping their vision and long-term business strategy?” and “How are larger and smaller organizations keeping pace with the rapid evolution of AI?”
The second panel discussion entitled “AI in Action — Real-World Case Studies” will move from strategy to implementation as attendees will hear directly from businesses using AI to solve real-world problems. Panelists include Carlos Coto, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer, Customers Bank; Ahmed Ansari, Finance AI & Automation Developer, EnerSys; and representatives from Berkshire Systems Group, Penske, and Reading Bakery Systems.
