Visiting Nasser Hospital in Gaza (May 2025) – Amr M. Gharib, MD | Centering on Peace

Faramarz Farbod talks with Amr M. Gharib, MD, an Emergency Medicine specialist at St. Luke’s University Health Network and a resident of Allentown, PA, USA, who in May of 2025 visited the Nasser Hospital, also known as the Nasser Medical Complex, located in Khan Younis, Gaza Strip, Palestine. Dr. Gharib shares stories from his 9 days spent attending to patients in the hospital and how this experience changed him as a person.
