Zumba – Combat – Kick- A- Thon

Help Spread Awareness for Mental Health and Suicide by dancing, punching, and kicking through the beat.
This event is for:
Those who have fought a silent battle
Those who continue to fight
Those who have loved ones and  friends that fight the silent battle
And those who are overall supportive of Mental Health Awareness
100% of the proceeds from ticket sales and the various raffles will go to RHS’s Aevidum club! A club that talks about mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
In addition, there will be local Mental Health Agencies ready to provide information on services.
Fitness is not only about getting physically healthy but getting mentally healthy. Let’s do that together.
