Stretch & Stroll program at Nolde Forest

Weekly Tuesday Program:

March 14, 21, 28 & April 4*, 11, 18


Join a Nolde educator for some light stretching indoors and out, followed by an easy stroll on the more level forest trails. Each week will be a slightly longer walk. Work to increase ease of movement while enjoying the sights and sounds of the forest and experiencing the seasonal change. Trekking poles to ease walking on trails will be available to loan.
