Jenny Stauffer will serve as the director of Advantage Home Care.
Wyomissing, Pa., June 16, 2017 – Advantage Home Care, a non-profit organization of Home Health Care Management (HHCM) that offers private duty assistance , has promoted Jenny M. Stauffer of Upper Tulpehocken Township from a nurse care manager to director.
“Jenny’s experience as a registered nurse and nurse care manager is a perfect combination for her new role. She’s an excellent addition to our management team,” said Constance Morrison, president and CEO, Advantage Home Care and HHCM. “That will prove crucial as she bolsters us in our ongoing mission to provide great quality care to serve the community.”
Stauffer’s duties as director will focus on ensuring the general operations of Advantage Home Care meet the vision of HHCM and its patient needs. She will be responsible for overseeing 60 employees, caregivers and clients; hiring employees; managing annual budgets and forecasts; and measuring results and financial outcomes.
In her previous role as nurse care manager for Advantage Home Care, Stauffer was responsible for caregiver training, client admission and supervisory visits for clients. Prior to Advantage Home Care, her roles included serving as office manager at Stauffer Industries, Inc., Fleetwood, Pa.; registered nurse/phone triage nurse at Reading Pediatrics, Wyomissing, Pa.; unit manager/RN supervisor/compliance nurse for Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation, Reading, Pa.; and registered nurse-TCU unit for Genesis Healthcare-Mifflin Center, Shillington, Pa.
Stauffer earned her RN diploma from The Reading Hospital School of Health Sciences, Reading, Pa.
