Dr. Richard Faidley named Wilson Superintendent

On July 17, the Wilson School District Board of Directors  unanimously approved Dr. Richard Faidley as the new Superintendent. Dr. Faidley started in his new role at Wilson on July 18. He most recently served as Superintendent of Schools for the Boyertown Area School District. As Superintendent of Boyertown Area School District, Dr. Faidley established a comprehensive, district-wide communication plan which included a quarterly newsletter and social media outreach.  Dr. Faidley’s daily practices centered on cultivating and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to achieve common goals such as developing and implementing comprehensive strategic plans focused on short-term and long-term measures; building strong, collaborative leadership teams within each building; and modeling responsible management while maintaining a student and community-centered outlook to meet the needs of all students.Please join us in welcoming Dr. Faidley to the Wilson School District!
