Tompkins VIST Bank Promotes Three

WYOMISSING, PA – Tompkins VIST Bank has announced the following promotions.

Park (Credit Department Manager)

Credit analyst Andrew Park, at the Wyomissing Administration Center, has been promoted to the position of Credit Department Manager. He was formerly credit analyst coordinator.

Park has worked for Tompkins VIST Bank for the past six years, and has been working in the banking industry for the past eleven years. In his new role, Park will not only be responsible for managing Tompkins VIST Bank’s Commercial Credit Department, but also monitoring commercial underwritings as well.

Park is a graduate of Moravian College where he obtained a Bachelor in Arts in History. He volunteers with the Ready Set Read Program, which is a program through the United Way where Park reads books to elementary school students in Hamburg. Park lives in Hamburg with his wife, two children and his newborn daughter who he welcomed late last month.

Binter (Bank Officer, Sr. Credit Analyst)

Credit analyst Jennifer Binter, at the Wyomissing Administration Center, has been promoted to the position of bank officer and senior credit analyst.  She formerly was senior credit analyst.

Binter has been with Tompkins VIST Bank for the past four years, and has nine years of experience in the banking industry. In her new position, Binter will be reviewing financial statements and tax returns from businesses seeking financing opportunities with Tompkins VIST Bank. In addition to approving financing Binter will also be assisting, COO, Francis M. Fetsko, with monitoring existing relationships.

Binter, who resides in Sinking Spring, attended Elizabethtown College earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Additionally she also has received credit training at the RMA Commercial Lending School.

Fredrick (Bank Officer, Sr. Credit Analyst)

Credit analyst Andy Fredrick, at the Wyomissing Administration Center, has been promoted to bank officer and senior credit analyst.  He formerly was senior credit analyst.

Fredrick has worked for Tompkins VIST Bank for the past four years, and has worked in the banking industry for the past thirteen years. In his new role, Fredrick will be responsible for underwriting and analyzing commercial loan requests.

Fredrick, of Temple, attended Kutztown University and graduated with a Bachelors of Science of Business Administration with a double major in General Business and Management. He also participates with an educational program run through the United Way called is Ready. Set, Read! Fredrick volunteers in the organization by reading books to elementary school students in the Reading School District with the goal to increase the students reading proficiency.
