18th WONDER Comprehensive Plan Survey
The 18th Ward Oakbrook Neighborhood Development & Economic Revitalization Association (18th WONDER) is preparing a Comprehensive Plan for the Reading neighborhoods of Oakbrook, Millmont and Wyomissing Park. The plan will include recommendations to improve motor vehicle, bike and pedestrian safety, create new trails and sidewalks to parks and other community destinations, enhance the viability of existing local businesses and attract new businesses, keep existing residents and attract new ones, address stormwater management toward mitigating local flooding and enhance the beauty of the neighborhood.
