RKL’s Gretchen Naso Named One of Lehigh Valley’s “Women of Influence”

WYOMISSING, PA –RKL LLP has announced that Gretchen G. Naso, CVA, MBA, has been named by Lehigh Valley Business as one of its 2018 “Women of Influence.” This annual award program celebrates 25 regional female leaders and their contributions to their organizations, industries and communities.

“Gretchen is a positive force for her colleagues, clients and community, so we’re proud to see her professional accomplishments and civic engagement celebrated,” said RKL CEO Edward W. Monborne.

As a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and business advisor, Naso specializes in valuations for financial reporting purposes and works closely with companies to identify and prioritize opportunities for financial and operational improvements. Throughout her nearly three decades with RKL, Naso seized opportunities to expand her professional skillset and deliver superior service to the firm’s clients.

Most recently, Naso leveraged emerging demand for valuation for financial reporting purposes into a new niche practice area within the firm’s Business Consulting Services Group. Under Naso’s leadership, the Fair Value Services Practice continues to experience positive growth on behalf of clients in need of this specialized valuation expertise.

Naso actively participates in mentoring opportunities within RKL, and makes a point to connect with her younger female colleagues to offer guidance on charting their career paths and gaining the experience and expertise needed to evolve professionally.

Throughout her career, Naso has invested as fully in her community as she has in her firm. In addition to leading several successful fundraising events, she served as president of Reading’s St. Catherine of Siena School Board, president of Berks Catholic High School PTO and currently serves on the boards of the John Paul II Center for Special Learning and the Penn State Health St. Joseph Foundation.

Naso holds a B.A. in American Studies and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. She resides in Exeter Township with her husband.

Naso and the rest of the 2018 honorees will be celebrated at a ceremony on Wednesday, May 9 at Cedar Crest College in Allentown. Click here for more information on LVB’s Women of Influence program.
