The Board of Directors and staff of BCTV wish to extend our heartfelt sympathies on the passing of Carl Herbein.
Among many well deserved accolades and accomplishments, we are proud that Mr. Herbein was a recipient of the BCTV Eugene L. Shirk Community Builder Award. He sincerely embodied all of the fine qualities that the award represents: civility, commitment to the well-being of others, honor, humor, involvement in our community, and leadership.
His legacy will undoubtedly live on in his business, and within the programs and projects he championed and supported throughout his life.
