Berks County has received a Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Declaration for Flash Flooding on June 20 & 21, 2019. At the same link, applications (click on “Loan Information”) can also be downloaded and printed for completion at home. Completed applications can be dropped off at the Outreach Center or mailed to U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155
