Spike’s drive thru Pet Food Pantry 7/1/20

The COVID-19 pandemic has families facing hardships that they never could have imagined. Spike’s Pet Pantry is helping to ease the stress of figuring out how to provide pet food for their pets.

Humane Pennsylvania’s Spike’s Pet Pantry program will be holding a Spike’s Drive Through Pet Food Pantry on Wednesday, July 1 from 12-2pm at 1201 Benjamin Franklin Highway, East, Douglassville. (You can access this location from Church Street, between the East and Westbound lanes of 422 (Ben Franklin Highway). Access Church Street from Westbound lane of 422. Look for the signs on the left hand side of Church Street.)

Spike’s Pet Pantry will be handing out free pet food (for up to 2 pets maximum per household) to pet parents in need. Participants are asked to please stay in the vehicle with the windows up the entire time to ensure the safety of everyone.

We encourage you to cover this event on Wednesday, July 1, and also assist us with prepromotion to help notify community members in need.
If you have any questions, or need additional information, please contact Director of Events & Corporate Relations Lauren Henderson at [email protected] or by calling her cell phone at 610-909-6315.
