Tompkins VIST Bank is hosting a free online webinar on how first-time homebuyers can prepare to buy a home, even during times such as COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar is Saturday, March 13 from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. EST. Topics will include special programs available to first-time homebuyers. This is the latest in a series of popular financial webinars the bank has hosted.
