SHILLINGTON, Pa. – Lapis Advisers is pleased to announce ER Senior Management is the new management firm leading operations at The Heritage of Green Hills. The ER Senior Management team brings experience from more than 100 communities throughout the country, specializing in management and financial services for entry-fee based retirement communities, as well as assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation properties.

The firm’s support office provides communities with resources including marketing, clinical, accounting, IT, and recruiting/human resources.
Coates has promoted and improved senior housing on the national level for nearly 50 years. Most recently, he served as Chairman of both the American Senior Housing Association and the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA). Coates also served as the first Chairman of the Seniors Housing Political Action Committee.
