COVID-19 & Flu Community Clinic at Opportunity House

Opportunity House will be hosting a COVID-19 & Flu Community Clinic, open to both children and adults, on February 4th in partnership with Reading Community Pharmacy. Berks Community Health Center will also be present to share information about their primary care services. Below is more detailed information.

Location: Opportunity House (Learning Center) 430 N. Second Street, Reading PA 19601
Time: 4pm to 6pm
Vaccines: Pfizer, Moderna, Flu (including boosters). Children ages 6 months and older can receive a flu vaccine. Children ages 5 years old and older can receive the Pfizer COVID 19 vaccine.

Please bring your ID, insurance card, and COVID-19 vaccination record card. All COVID-19 vaccines are free regardless of insurance. Flu vaccines are free with insurance; if you do not have insurance the fee will be $25 cash for the pharmacy.
