Turnberry Construction Group announces the promotion of Robert (Rob) Kresge to Project Manager.

As Project Manager, Kresge’s responsibilities begin when sites are put into contract. He assists with reviewing the plans to create a scope of the work while producing bidding packages for the tradesmen to better understand what is involved/expected in the build or renovation. From there, he helps with project coordinating by creating schedules to ensure the jobs run as smoothly as possible to completion.

“Since joining Turnberry Construction Group as Site Superintendent more than three years ago, Rob has grown into many different roles and worn many different hats along the way while meeting all of the goals and requirements asked of him. There is no one else better suited for the role of Project Manager,” said Kevin Kozo, Owner, Turnberry Construction Group.

“I feel we have a great thing here at Turnberry. I enjoy the people and clients I work with. Everybody has their own vision and I love being able to bring it to life. To revisit a home/site once it is fully occupied really gives me a sense of accomplishment. I love working side by side with the trades and absorbing their knowledge to implement on future projects. These guys are very talented and I appreciate them more than they may ever know. Assisting them on jobs by having the answers to their questions is the least I can do. In the field, I aim to challenge the tradesmen. I look to improve quality and not just take that quick route for installation because I know they are certainly capable of it. I work diligently in the office to create a better running system to ensure things are never missed,” said Kresge.

Kresge joined Turnberry Construction Group in April of 2019 as Site Superintendent. In his prior role as Site Superintendent, Kresge was responsible for job management, client relationships and adding unique touches with finish materials for both commercial and residential projects. Kresge’s field experience and strong communication skills will continue to strengthen Turnberry’s mission to deliver superior customer service and exceptional homes.
