Ruth Named Educational Strategy Advisor for Total Experience Learning at Albright College

Rudy Ruth, Ed.D. has been named Educational Strategy Advisor for Pre-College and Summer Programs within the Albright College Total Experience Learning (TExpL) team.

In this new role, Ruth will be responsible for assisting and advising the pre-college and summer programs leadership team to improve future educational outcomes. He will closely collaborate with existing partners and school districts, enhance and cultivate new partnerships and advise on outreach strategies aligned to the mission and goals of Albright College. He will also support and enhance the growth of educators and educational leaders through TExpL’s professional development initiatives.

A trailblazer for Berks County education, Ruth held multiple leadership roles within Wilson School District over the course of 20 years, including seven years as the district’s superintendent. He later earned higher education experience as vice president of community engagement and executive director of Alvernia University‘s Holleran Center for Community and Global Engagement. Ruth has served on countless boards, advisory groups and leadership councils.
