RPA Announces New Location of Citizen & Customer Services Office

New location to offer drive-thru services for constituents

The Reading Parking Authority announced Friday that it is moving to 430 S. 4th St. effective Monday, April 3, 2023. All citizen and customer services are relocating to the new location, the former Riverfront Federal Credit Union building next to the Bingaman St. Bridge.

The move is intended to make accessing services more convenient for the public. Among the most anticipated changes is providing services to citizens and customers at the two-lane drivethru.

Everyone coming to the new location is highly encouraged to use the drive-thru located at the rear of the building. Wayfinding signs are available at multiple locations.

Citizen and customer services will continue to be available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
