Berks Community Television Announces 2023 Summer Staff
Bree Zele

Berks Community Television (BCTV) is excited to announce that Bree Zele, Savannah Mosteller, and Joshua DeLillo are joining the community media organization for summer 2023. Summer staff will be participating in content creation for BCTV’s digital platforms, providing technical and control room support for studio programming in the VISIONS studio at BCTV, and taking on various roles in special projects and initiatives.

Bree Zele, from Temple, is a junior at Kutztown University studying Communication Design. Bree had previously interned at BCTV through a partnership with CareerLink of Berks County.

“I’ve worked with BCTV before and really enjoyed the work I was doing,” Zele said. “I love the expression of creativity and the positive vibes.”

A natural creative, she participates in various artistic expressions, including drawing, dancing, and music production.

Savannah Mosteller

A Reading native, Savannah Mosteller is studying Video and Media Production at Berks Career and Technology Center (BCTC) and found BCTV to be the perfect place to expand her video production knowledge in a real world setting.

“I decided to come to BCTV because I get to learn new things while doing something I enjoy,” Mosteller said.

Like Zele, she enjoys artistic expression and design, such as videography and clothing customization.

Josh DeLillo

Josh DeLillo, from Sinking Spring, recently graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a concentration in Mass Media and Journalism.

“I wanted to get more exposure in a studio setting to expand my knowledge and add variety to my mass media skill set,” DeLillo said.

Outside of BCTV, he enjoy hiking, fishing, nature photography, and swimming. DeLillo played division 1 water polo at La Salle University.

BCTV Executive Director, Heather Adams, noted that young talent abounds in the Berks community. “We are always thrilled to bring on local students for work experiences and internships when we are able. These young professionals are bright and eager to learn and they are coming into the workforce with terrific skill sets and ideas. It is a great hands-on opportunity for them, but the fresh perspective, creativity, and energy that they bring to our organization is priceless.”
