As part of our commitment to honoring the heroes who tirelessly serve our community, we are dedicating this event to our first responders. We invite all local firefighters, police officers, EMTs, and healthcare workers to join us for this special occasion. Your dedication and sacrifice inspire us every day, and this is our way of saying thank you.
Event highlights:
- Ribbon-cutting ceremony: Join us at 1:30 p.m. as we officially open our doors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the residential community, the business community, industry leaders, and first responders.
- Face painting: Let your creativity run wild with free face painting for the kids (and kids at heart). Transform into your favorite character, or get into the Halloween spirit.
- Food truck: Satisfy your taste buds with a mouthwatering menu from our food truck participant, Munchiez.
- Pumpkin painting: Get ready for Halloween by decorating your very own pumpkin. All supplies are provided, just bring your imagination.
- Music: Enjoy the background tunes, do a little dance, and keep the smiles wide.
- Community spirit: This event is all about coming together as a community. Share stories, make new friends, and celebrate the wonderful place we call home.

Healing Hearts was established on Jan. 25, 2021. For the past 2+ years, the team has worked tirelessly to establish the foundational footprint in our local area and Berks County as a whole. We want to take this day to celebrate the efforts of everyone who has contributed to the success of our organization.
