- PA Senator Judy Schwank. Senator Schwank represents the 11th Senatorial District, which includes the City of Reading and a substantial portion of Berks County. She is currently the Pennsylvania Senate Democratic Caucus Administrator, a member of the PASSHE Board of Governors, and a co-founder and co-chair of the Pennsylvania Women’s Health Caucus.
- Dr. Mark B. Woodland, MS, MD, FACOG. Dr. Woodland chairs the PA State Medical Board. He is Chair and Clinical Professor OB/GYN, Reading Hospital/Tower Health. He is also Associate Dean, Policy and Advocacy, Drexel University College of Medicine, where he has been on the faculty for more than 20 years.
- Dr. Chelsea Marks, DO. Dr. Marks was recently promoted to the position of Director of Maternal Child Health at Berks Community Health Center (BCHC). She completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA., completed her residency at Memorial Hospital in York, PA, and is Board Certified. Before joining BCHC, Marks practiced at WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital.
