As the Berks Arts staff and volunteers prepare to present the 33rd annual Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest in just a few short months, the nonprofit organization is welcoming applications for a limited number of marketing internships throughout the renowned festival.
Young, aspiring professionals will experience unparalleled opportunities to participate in the production and marketing effort of a large, complex music festival spanning nearly two weeks.
Areas of focus will include:
- Social media marketing;
- Video marketing;
- Website updates;
- Blog posts;
- Email campaigns;
- and more!
Participating interns will work with the experienced Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest team. In addition to this unique, one-of-a-kind experience, benefits include networking and resume-building opportunities. Additionally, at the festival’s conclusion, each successful intern will also receive a letter of recommendation from Berks Arts for future educational and professional endeavors.
Interviews will be conducted and positions will be filled on a rolling basis throughout the month of February. The final deadline for application submission is Thursday, Feb. 29.
