By March 31, 2024, the City of Reading will submit its Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the period of Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023, to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CAPER is designed to provide information on how the City used its federal, state, and local funds for housing and community development projects during its recently completed program year.
The CAPER is available for public review in the City of Reading’s Community Development Department, City Hall, 815 Washington St., Reading, PA, and on the City of Reading’s website at https://www.readingpa.gov/. In addition, you may call the Community Development office at 610-655-6211 to request a copy.
Written comments on the CAPER will be considered until March 30, 2024. Comments must be submitted to the Community Development Director, City Hall, 815 Washington St., Reading, PA 19601. Phone 610-655-6211 and TTD (610) 655-6442.
