Berks Community Television is pleased to announce Nicole Yuengel as the newest member of the Board of Directors. A Berks County native, Yuengel returned to the area after college to pursue a career in public accounting. She is the Audit Department Supervisor at Herbein + Company Inc.
Yuengel was inspired to join the board after learning more about BCTV’s mission through a colleague who had previously served on the board. “I was inspired to get involved and join the board of BCTV because they have remained a local source of community media for Berks County residents throughout the years,” she said.
“I am honored to become part of an organization that is committed to the Berks County community and its residents and am excited to help guide the organization to its future endeavors.”
Executive Director Heather Adams said, “Ms. Yuengel’s expertise in nonprofit audit and accounting will be immeasurably valuable to our organization as we continue to evolve. We are thrilled to welcome Nicole as a professional community member to our leadership team.”
Yuengel unanimously appointed at the BCTV Board of Director’s meeting on August 6, 2020, with her term beginning immediately.
