2024 Wilson Iron Chef Event

Support the Wilson Education Foundation & Purchase Tickets!

This exciting, family-friendly event will include a timed cooking competition between three teams — to earn the honor of Wilson 2024 Iron Chef! Several restaurants will also vie for your vote with samples in the People’s Choice Competition. Each restaurant will create a menu item of its choosing using one common ingredient. Attendees sample and vote for their favorite! Additional food vendors will also offer tasty samples ranging from soups and appetizers to entrees and desserts! All food tastings are included in the admission price.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in auctions and raffles.

Wilson students will also participate in the event with musical performances and demonstrations.

Iron Chef Competition: 2:30-4 pm 

TICKET INFORMATION

  • Adult Ticket: $20 in advance | $25 at door
  • Student Ticket: (18 & under): $15 in advance | $20 at door (Children 3 & under are free)
  • First Taste Ticket: $30 | Enter at 12pm, 1 hour before general admission opens at 1pm, for the first opportunity to sample tasty treats from vendors.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door on event day, quantities are limited! Note, attendee acknowledges that only the restaurant/food provider is responsible for the food samples offered at the event.

Proceeds from the Wilson Iron Chef benefit the Wilson Education Foundation, whose mission is to positively impact students’ lives by supporting the Wilson School District in Student Experience, Teaching Excellence, and Community Engagement. The non-tax dollars raised by the Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, support the needs of Wilson students and teachers in funding academic programs, grants, scholarships, district events, and facility upgrades.
