JCWK Dance Lab presents Dark Adaptation in Alvernia University’s Francis Hall Theatre on Sunday, April 23rd at 4pm. The Reading-based contemporary dance company, JCWK Dance Lab brings composer Stephen Grieco and New York visual artist Marie Grieco’s music and art to life in Dark Adaptation. A 60-minute, multi-media performance, Dark Adaptation takes inspiration from celestial bodies and the science that our earthly world came from the stars. Warchal-King’s “inventive movement stylings” combine elegance and athleticism in this collaborative STEAM experience. Following the performance, the audience will have a chance to engage in a talkback with the composer, choreographer, and dance artists.
