YMCA Blood Pressure Monitoring Program

FREE Blood Pressure Monitoring Program provided by the YMCA of Reading and Berks County. We aim to give community members a free program to help monitor and track your high blood pressure while also being a support system through this journey. Participants are provided a blood pressure cuff and monitor , no need to be a member!**Participants of program receive a FREE 4 month membership to the YMCA!** Any questions please reach out via email [email protected] or call 610-750-5036!
