Governor Mifflin staff, students, administrators will deliver “State of the District” presentation

The greater Governor Mifflin community and stakeholders for the Governor Mifflin School District will gather to hear the third annual State of the District address. As in previous years, Governor Mifflin Superintendent Dr. Steve Gerhard will provide a detailed picture of district performance and initiatives. He will be joined by members of the administrative team for updates on staffing, budgeting, curriculum, and community outreach. The presentation will also feature three of Governor Mifflin’s performing arts groups: Indoor Drumline, the Governor Mifflin Middle School Woodwind Choir, and a preview of the 61th annual Spring Swing musical, “The Hunchback of Notre Dame.”

Prior to the formal presentation, more than a dozen Governor Mifflin teachers will join students in providing hands-on and informative presentations of current classroom activities and outreach. The showcase of student work and classroom activities will be set up in the lobby of the high school auditorium.
