Mayor Eddie Morán Appoints New Chief of Staff

Reading, PA: Mayor Eddie Morán is pleased to announce the appointment of English Bradley as the new Chief of Staff. With an extensive background in community service, marketing, and administration, Ms. Bradley brings a wealth of experience and passion to the role.

A lifelong resident of Berks County, English Bradley has dedicated herself to serving her community. She previously served as the Acting Executive Director of Berks Community Television (BCTV) in Reading and has over four years of experience in nonprofits, as well as ten years of experience in marketing, sales, high-end customer service, full-cycle recruiting, and administration.

English Bradley is deeply committed to fostering positive change and growth in organizations and communities. She is currently pursuing undergraduate studies at Alvernia University and has completed numerous certificate programs, including Non-Profit Management from the accredited Non-Profit Center at LaSalle University.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Bradley is actively involved in various boards and committees, including the Berks Community Action Program, The Reading Public Museum Foundation, and The Salvation Army.

Upon her appointment, Ms. Bradley expressed her enthusiasm for the opportunity to serve the City of Reading: “I’m honored and excited to serve the City I love as Chief of Staff. There is real opportunity for a bright and thriving future for Reading; I look forward to working with Mayor Morán and all of our constituents, business, and community leaders to create the future we deserve here.”
