Step 1: Book Your Studio Time
Visit our studio bookings calendar and select an available time slot for your taping. If your program has a designated day and time it will air, please book your taping time at least one day in advance if at all possible.
Step 2: Tell Us About Your Taping
Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to complete the Studio Setup Form, or you can click the button below. This form collects all the details we need to get the studio set up for your taping.
Step 3: Send Us Your Media Files
Upload supplemental files for your upcoming taping (images, videos, etc.) directly into our Dropbox. This can also be used to submit complete program files (if you produced your entire program and it is ready to air.)
How to Find Our Studio
VISIT: The BCTV studio is located in beautiful downtown Reading at 401 Penn Street, Reading, PA inside the Alvernia University CollegeTowne campus. Enter CollegeTown at the building’s main entrance on Penn Street, sign in at the front desk, and BCTV is located on the first floor in Suite 162.
PARKING: Guests of BCTV may park in the Chiarelli Plaza Garage. We can validate your parking for this garage only. Please know your vehicle’s license plate number so that BCTV staff can assist you with validation. Paid parking is also available at meters, other garages, and on the street locally at your own expense. Parking locations, meter times, and pricing can be found at www.readingparking.com.
