Reading Public Library NE Branch To Present Stress Reduction Programs

Reading, PA – The Northeast Branch of Reading Public Library, 1348 N. 11th Street, is hosting a series of Saturday programs aimed at improving health and reducing stress.  Yoga classes for adults will be held from 11 am to 12 pm on January 6, 13, and 20.  Classes will be taught by Anita Steele of the Massage and Yoga Center and are appropriate for beginners. Yoga mats will be available.

 “Intro to the Art of Zentangle” will be presented on January 27 from 11 am to 12:30 pm by certified Zentangle teacher, Deb Koch.
