READING, Pa – Brocmar Smokehouse and Adelphia Seafood join together at Pocono Raceway for the Pocono 400 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series event weekend, June 1-3, 2018. Brocmar and Adelphia will be serving food at the raceway’s Infield Block Party area, located inside the Long Pond, PA facility on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Brocmar Smokehouse was approached by Pocono Raceway to serve their delicious menu items to include pork sandwiches, street tacos, smoked house tots, brisket cheesesteaks, smokehouse beans, cole slaw and catfish sandwiches. Under the same tent, Adelphia will proudly serve grilled crab cake sandwiches, shrimp skewers, beer battered fish and chips, Adelphia’s Famous Krab Salad (or tuna salad) on a bed of lettuce and french fries.
Gary Brock, owner of Brocmar Smokehouse is originally from Southern VA and now resides in BerksCounty. He creates all homemade recipes which he learned from his grandparents; this includes his rubs and sauces. He began selling 100% wood smoked items at festivals and can now be found at The Shillington Farmers Market alongside Adelphia Seafood as well as the Santander Arena, and the Reading Fightin Phills.
