Harpsichord Dedication to Honor the Legacy of the Family of Reverend Thomas & Amy Reinsel

Honoring the Musical and Leadership Legacy of the Family of the Reverend Thomas & Amy Reinsel

Please join Atonement Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran Church, Reading Musical Foundation, and their friends, on Sunday, July 15, at 3:00 PM, at Atonement Lutheran Church in Wyomissing, for a special Roland C30 harpsichord dedication concert in honor of the Reverend Thomas and Amy Reinsel.

Purchased through the Kathleen & Karin Reinsel Early Instrument Fund of the Reading Musical Foundation, this gift was designed for the instrument to be shared amongst the Atonement and Trinity congregations, as well allow other churches, music organizations, and schools the opportunity for its use. It is the hope of the Reinsel family that the instrument will be utilized to allow for greater repertoire within the churches’ music programs, and allow for Baroque-style musical selections in area services and concerts.

Participating in the dedication concert will be Tom Yenser, music director for Atonement Lutheran Church, and Karen Eddinger, music director for Trinity Lutheran Church. Joining them for concert is ECHO, the chamber choir of Opus One: Berks Chamber Choir; David McConnell, director of Vox Philia; Wright Harvey, oboist; Daniel Bishop, cellist; and Peter Graf, who will perform with Ms. Eddinger on recorder.

This concert is free and open to the public. Following the concert, Atonement will host a small reception in recognition of the Reinsel family.
