Tompkins VIST Bank Announces Enhancements to Cash Management Sales Team

WYOMISSING, PA – Tompkins VIST Bank today announced enhancements to its Cash Management sales team to better serve customers:

Jena Lawrence – Vice President, Cash Management Product and Sales Manager for Tompkins Financial Corporation

Jena Lawrence was promoted to vice president, Cash Management Product and Sales Manager. In her position, she provides strategic direction for sales and product leadership for all four of Tompkins’ affiliated banks located in Western New York, Central New York, the Hudson Valley and Southeastern Pennsylvania regions.

A resident of Sinking Spring, Lawrence has 18 years of financial services experience. She has been employed by Tompkins VIST Bank for the past 15 years as Cash Management Sales Manager. She was previously employed by Susquehanna Bank. She has attended the PA Bankers School of Treasury for Management Courses I and II.

Active in the community, she has volunteered for United Way of Berks County, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Emerging Leaders United. Lawrence is also associated the Association for Financial Professionals, Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce, Women2Women, Greater Reading Young Professionals, Tri-County Chamber, Tri-County LEYP Young Professionals, Tri-County REACH, Spring-Ford Chamber of Commerce, Main Line Chamber of Commerce, and Main Line Young Professionals.

Bob Massino – Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Sales Officer

Bob Massino was promoted to assistance vice president, Cash Management Sales Officer, for Tompkins VIST Bank. In his position he is responsible for managing all disciplines within the sales management process and growing customer relationships.

A resident of Pottstown, Massino has been in the financial services industry for more than six years. He was previously employed by SEI. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Penn State. He also attended the PA Bankers School of Treasury for Management Courses I and II.

Active in the community, he has volunteered for United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Emerging Leaders United. Massino is also associated with professional groups such as United Way, Greater Reading Young Professionals, Tri-County Young Professionals, and various chambers of commerce.

Megan La Rosa – New Cash Management Sales Officer

Megan La Rosa, of Pine Forge, has joined the bank as the new Cash Management Sales Officer. La Rosa is responsible for building customers relationships while managing all disciplines within the sales management process.

La Rosa has been in the financial services industry for six years. She was previously employed by BB&T. She graduated from Kutztown University as an education major with a concentration in math.

Also active in the community, La Rosa has volunteered for United Way, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Emerging Leaders United. She is also associated with professional groups such as United Way, Greater Reading Young Professionals, Tri-County Young Professionals, Tri-County REACH and various chambers of commerce.
