Nov 05, 2021

Kutztown University Radio (KUR) recently reintroduced its Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce segment, spotlighting local organizations in the county.

Episodes can be found on KUR’s Spotify page, which includes episodes on Friend, Inc., the Kutztown Community Library, CASA of Berks County, among others.

Each week, KUR works with the Chamber to select an organization to highlight. The Northeast Chamber of Commerce segment won the 2018 Shining Star award as well as Champion of the Year award. The name has been changed to “Voice of the Chamber,” but the general theme and elements of the segment remain the same.

KUR is a student-operated radio network for the campus and community providing music, news and information 24/7. KUR is beneficial to KU students to provide student produced and nationally available programming from various sources of many different and diverse musical genres and topics.
