Heritage of Green Hills Names Director of Independent Living Sales

The Heritage of Green Hills, a life plan community in Shillington, PA., named Janice MacKenzie as its new Director of Independent Living Sales. In this role, MacKenzie is responsible for all aspects of independent living sales management, including occupancy growth, market trend analyses, and execution of sales strategies and tactics.

“I am excited to join The Heritage of Green Hills community as its new Director of Independent Living Sales,” said MacKenzie.

MacKenzie looks forward to applying her passions for working with senior communities, and her background in real estate and business development to help plan our residents’ next steps in their senior living journeys.

MacKenzie has an impressive career that includes working in real estate, business development, management, and sales. She is active with the American Business Woman’s Association in their Woman Excelling and Penn Square chapters. MacKenzie is on the board of director for Humane Pennsylvania and is a mentor for the Young Woman’s Mentoring Program in Lancaster County.
