RKL Announces New Leader for Valuations Practice
Michael Koch, CVA

RKL LLP is pleased to announce that Michael Koch, CVA, has been named as leader of the firm’s Valuations Practice, which identifies and analyzes a business’ key value and cost drivers.

“Mike has played a key role in the growth and development of RKL’s valuation capabilities, which is why he’s a perfect fit to lead this practice area,” said RLK CEO Ed Monborne. “Throughout his tenure with RKL, he has turned hard work into tangible results for our clients and truly embodies what it means to be a trusted advisor.”

A Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Koch has performed engagements for gifting, estate planning, buying or selling a business, and other analysis and consulting. His team-forward approach enables him to serve our clients reliably and consistently exceed expectations. With experience in valuation, financial modeling and projections, and litigation support, he serves clients in a wide variety of industries.

Koch graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kutztown University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and lives in Wyomissing with his wife, Kelsy, and their two dogs, Howie and Murphy.
