Barley Snyder is proud to announce Partner Kevin A. Moore has been named to Lehigh Valley Business’s (LVB) Law Power List. The list, determined by the LVB editorial board, recognizes the region’s most significant, influential and esteemed leaders, as well as behind-the-scenes changemakers in their respective fields. The selected honorees demonstrate impactful leadership and continuously help improve the life of the community.
Moore is an attorney in Barley Snyder’s Employment and Litigation practice groups and chairs the firm’s Labor Law Practice Team focused on helping employers navigate the unique legal landscape when dealing with labor unions. He assists clients with challenges in employment and labor law and leads trial teams for businesses in litigation. He also lectures to businesses and attorneys on all areas of employment, labor and commercial, and construction litigation. Moore serves the judiciary in several roles, as a federal court Arbitrator, and a state court Arbitrator and Discovery Master.
“It is an honor to be included in LVB’s Law Power List. It is rewarding when our efforts outside of the courtroom are recognized,” said Moore. “I very much look forward to continuing to make positive impacts on the communities we serve in Pennsylvania and beyond.”
This year, Moore was featured as an expert source in various publications including The New York Times where he provided insight into HR policy and best practices surrounding workplace romances. His knowledge on the matter was sought-after coming off the heels of a workplace romance controversy that caught national attention in November 2022.
Outside of the firm, Moore holds leadership positions on the Berks Catholic High School Board of Directors as Vice Chair and his church parish council as Secretary. Furthermore, he is an age-group triathlete who mentors beginner triathletes and adaptive athletes through the IM ABLE Foundation.
