The Berks Family Business Alliance (FBA), a signature program of the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), invites you to attend “Seeing the Future: Prepare Now,” the No. 5 principle of “The 7 Principles of a Healthy Business,” presented by an expert panel. Brian Boland, Attorney at Kozloff Stoudt Attorneys; Michael Koch, CVA, Consultant at RKL LLP; Ryan Hurst, ASA, Partner and Leader of Business Consulting at RKL LLP; and Jay Wagner, Co-Chair Estates and Trusts Practice Group at Stevens & Lee, will lead a discussion about financial business planning, transition planning, and succession planning — legally and financially.
