The hosts of the TV show American Pickers are coming to Pennsylvania in September! They have contacted The Schuylkill River Heritage Area to help them locate people in our region with barns, warehouses, properties, buildings full of odd, unique, and interesting collections.
AMERICAN PICKERS is a documentary series that explores the fascinating world of antique ‘picking’ on History. The hit show follows Mike and Frank, two of the most skilled pickers in the business, as they hunt for America’s most valuable antiques. They are always excited to find sizeable, unique collections and learn the interesting stories behind them.

They currently do not need: Farming / agriculture items, tools, glassware, appliances, tractors, crocks, stoves, country primitives.
