GRCA, Schuylkill Chamber, and NFIB to Host Small Business Policy Forum

Join the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA), the Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) for a member-exclusive Small Business Policy Forum on Thursday, Nov. 2.

This breakfast event will focus on state policies and legislation that affect the ability of small businesses to open and grow and will feature a moderated panel of state legislators from Berks and Schuylkill Counties. Pennsylvania ranks fourth in the country for starting a small business due to access to funding and resources for entrepreneurs, yet it ranks in the bottom tier of states for small-business, tax climate on top of issues with permitting, workforce, housing, and childcare. Attendees will be allowed to ask legislators questions.

Registration required: Member-exclusive event for GRCA, Schuylkill Chamber, and NFIB members. $40 per attendee. GRCA members should register at greaterreading.org. Schuylkill Chamber members should register at schuylkillchamber.com. NFIB members will receive a registration link via email soon.
