GRCA to Host Breakfast4Success Focused on the Customer Experience

The Greater Reading Chamber Alliance will host Breakfast4Success on Wednesday, Oct. 11, from 7:30-9:30 a.m., at The Rookery at Berks Nature, at 575 St. Bernardine St.

Keynote speaker Aaron Jacobs will present “Creating & Selling the Customer Experience,” where he will discuss what the customer experience is, how to positively affect it, and make it a compelling part of the value proposition of your business.

Jacobs is a professional sales, leadership, and customer service trainer, serving clients across the United States and worldwide. He also is the founder of Scorecard Sales and creator of its app used by salespeople to improve sales processes, boost productivity, and achieve great results.

During the event, new GRCA members will be recognized and can meet and network with existing members. The member-exclusive event is sponsored by M&T Bank and is $35 admission for members. Registration is required.

GRCA’s mission is with excellent and committed leadership and coordination, we attract new businesses to our community, support the businesses which are already here, nurture local start-ups, develop the workforce for today and the future, and advocate on behalf of the business community.
