Tina Evangelista-Eppenstein and her guest, Diana Urban, writer of Desmond’s Law in Connecticut, (the first state in the nation to pass a groundbreaking law that provides legal advocates to testify on behalf of animal abuse victims in cruelty and neglect cases) discuss Braveheart’s Law. Braveheart’s Law will have the same impact to help animals in Illinois if passed.
